Terms and Conditions of Vending

  • 6ft x 4ft Space.
  • Must bring own Table (6ft x 2ft) and chairs.
  • Vendors must arrive no later than 8:00AM and be fully set up by 8:45AM. (DOORS OPEN AT 9:00AM).
  • Must Vacate premesis by 5:00PM.
  • Table must be staffed at all times during event hours.
  • Vendors must abide with health and safety regulations while on premises. All entrances exits and paths must be kept clear and free of obstructions.
  • All materials used in vendor area must be flameproof and fire resistant in compliance with local fire ordinances and fire regulations of event facility.
  • African Liberation Day has no liability for the safety or security of any loss, damage or destruction of property.
